Lulu B’s  Sleeveless Ruffle Dress  is a sleeveless printed jersey dress with a ruffled bottom hem. Made in a UPF 50+ jersey with a special cooling effect. This super stretchy dress is comfortable for all day wear. Falls above the knees on most. Three tier ruffles at hem. No pockets.
Sea Life (CRMC) print has a white base with a blue, pink & green sea life print.
