Ferrara Balloon Sleeve Blouse

Rose to Rose’s Ferrara Balloon Sleeved Blouse is a breezy textural cotton blouse with a split V neckline and floral appliqués. The Ferrara blouse has short puffy sleeves that fall to the elbows. Made in a lightweight woven cotton with embroidered navy dot pattern, and navy floral appliqués lining the neck and sleeves. Neckline had three fabric buttons. The fit is relaxed, falling over the hips with a pretty scalloped embroidered hem. Ruched backside for volume. Looks great with white or denim!
